Step Up Tampa is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. The role requires Florida PTA licensure (or eligibility) and prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Assist residents to regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
