Soap Creek Resources is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in Casa Grande, AZ. You will support licensed therapists, deliver skilled treatments, document patient activities, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

The role requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program, current state licensure and CPR, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program completion.
• Current state licensure/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
