Autumn Hills Healthcare Center in Glendale, CA is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). The role offers a salary of $81,120 to $93,600 annually, with full or part-time options and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcomed.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct clinical treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• May participate with home assessments to ensure discharge to a safe environment with PT/OT as needed.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
