Job summary

Inglewood Healthcare Center in Inglewood, CA is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal needs under PT supervision, following an established plan of care.

The position offers a salary range of $81,120 - $93,600, with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and relocation assistance. This is a full/part-time opportunity for CA-licensed PTAs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct clinical treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• May participate with home assessments, simulated or actual as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment along with PT/OT as needed.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
