Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Monitor resident performance and communicate progress, concerns, or changes in status to the PT.
• Support individualized rehabilitation plans to improve functional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
