Signature HealthCARE is recruiting a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to help residents achieve full recovery and return to daily activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with minimum an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Rehabilitative therapist works with the clinical team to ensure residents make a full recovery.
• Assist residents in regaining daily activities and mobility after inpatient rehab.
