Qualificações

• Experience providing physical therapy in a skilled nursing facility.
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Current Delaware PTA license and CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement treatment plans established by the physical therapist to restore function and performance.
• Provide dynamic, creative, and challenging treatments to patients to facilitate progress.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust the therapy plan as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary therapy team to establish rehabilitation plans.
• Educate patients and families to promote independence under supervision.
