Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. You will provide PT treatments under a licensed PT, help identify suitable patients, and coordinate with PTs for evaluation and referrals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.
