Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. A licensed PTA is required to provide supervised therapy and contribute to excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
