Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility.
• Apply physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses for safe, effective care.
• Educate patients and families on use of assistive devices and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with PTs and care team to enhance patient experience.
