Job summary

Maple Leaf HealthCare Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join the rehabilitation team. Work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and overall function.

Responsibilities include carrying out physical therapy treatment plans under PT supervision, assisting with strength, balance, gait, transfers and mobility training, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire PTA license required
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus
