Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing in Morristown, NJ. Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies.
• Current PTA certification in the State of New Jersey.
• 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized therapy programs for residents.
• Conduct therapy sessions, including but not limited to: physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
• Implement treatment plans to improve resident outcomes, including but not limited to: mobility, strength, balance, and cognitive function.
• Monitor resident progress, reporting to the Physical Therapist and making recommendations for modifications to treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident treatment and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and excellent patient outcomes.
• Work closely with leading area physicians to provide cutting-edge post-acute care and rehabilitation services.
