Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Skilled Nursing Facility

Now staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and surrounding areas.

Flagstar Rehab PTAs work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education, aiming to improve patients' physical and cognitive functions and enhance their ability to perform daily activities.

Hourly Pay Rate

$34/hour (W-2), $38/hour (1099)

Job Duties

1. Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
2. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, addressing conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other diagnoses.
3. Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.
