Renewal Rehab in Michigan is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time, permanent role in a SNF/long-term care setting. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $66,000 per year, with a schedule that supports work-life balance.

As part of Enhance Therapies, you will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist in identifying suitable patients, collaborate with the PT and team, and maintain compliant documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
