Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Full-Time team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. The PTA will provide therapy under a licensed PT, assist in patient identification for therapy, and coordinate evaluations and referrals within a collaborative care environment.

The role emphasizes documentation compliance, teamwork, and ongoing professional development within Enhance Therapies’ family of companies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
