Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Rockford, IL. This part-time role offers $25.00-$32.00/hour in SNF/Long-Term Care settings and requires an active PTA license.

You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, assist with patient selection, and collaborate with the care team. Strong documentation and regulatory compliance are essential, with opportunities for growth and ongoing support.

Formación

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
