Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care team in Rockford, IL. This part‑time role offers a supportive culture, flexible schedule, and the opportunity to contribute to high‑quality rehabilitation.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT, provide treatments, and help coordinate care with the PT and care team while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Current PTA license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
