Job summary

Life Enriching Communities seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents’ recovery within our in-house team at Twin Towers in Cincinnati. You will work closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary staff to deliver personalized rehabilitation services on a PRN basis.

You are compassionate, collaborative, and skilled at guiding residents through customized rehab plans, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life in our senior living community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and collaborative PTA with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience guiding residents through individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Excellent communication with interdisciplinary team and residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer manual exercises, massage, and/or traction to relieve pain and improve function.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist residents with functional mobility and activity goals.
