We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives by providing therapy services in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, independent living, and assisted living facilities. You will treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, often within their homes.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
2. Provide therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, independent living, and assisted living facilities.
3. Monitor patients’ progress and document their responses to treatment.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
5. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility to travel between facilities and patient homes

Ideal candidate location would be near the Sugarland/Missouri City area. This role will start as a PRN position and may expand to full-time as we grow our footprint and caseload.
