Keller Oaks is Tarrant County’s Premier Location for Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care

We urgently seek a Full Time PTA to join our in-house therapy team and help in our expansion of therapy services to our wonderful residents!

Keller Oaks Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing facility with long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric skilled and long-term care therapy services provided.
