RehabVisions in Willmar, Minnesota is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support skilled nursing facility care. You will implement treatment plans under a supervising PT, document care, and communicate with patients, families and physicians to coordinate services.

Qualifications

• AA in Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
