Job summary

RehabVisions in Monticello, MN is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a SNF setting. New grads welcome; 30+ hours weekly; sign-on bonus or student loan assistance available. Rate: $29-$33/hour depending on DOE.

The PTA will implement treatment plans, communicate with patients and staff, and help develop programs while benefiting from mentorship and a supportive team in a company that values compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• State licensure or eligibility as a PTA.

Responsibilities

• Team of 3PT's, 1 PTA, 1 OT and 1 SLP in welcoming and fun environment
• NEW DEPARTMENT INCOMING in 2027

• Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting
• Located 31 miles from St. Cloud & 25 miles from Maple Grove
• Drive opposite of the Twin Cities commuters on a daily basis
