Autumn Lake Healthcare at Union is seeking a PTA Physical Therapist Assistant to fill a full-time position. You will be part of our skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding, individualized care.

The PTA will implement care and interventions to improve patients' mobility through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapies. You will document outcomes, demonstrate empathy, and help enhance patients' physical well-being.
