ARMStaffing is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract in North Naples, FL. The role involves delivering therapeutic interventions, collaborating with a PT to implement goals, and ensuring patient and staff safety in a busy outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds a PTA degree, CAPTE certification, CPR, and an active PTA license with 1+ year outpatient experience. Prior Select Medical exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an Accredited School.
• CAPTE Certified.
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license for the state where work will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in therapeutic interventions including posture training, strengthening exercises, balance exercises, and pain relief techniques.
• Train patients in locomotion using assistive devices and demonstrate proper techniques.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with patients and staff.
• Comply with all clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Participate in special projects to enhance patient care quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean treatment area and manage equipment safely.
