We Are Hiring
  • Department: Acute
  • Schedule: PRN Day Shift. Prefer availability for 10 shifts within a 6 week schedule.
  • Hospital: Ascension St. John Jenks
  • Location: Jenks, OK
What You Will Do

Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.

  • Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
  • Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.
  • Document treatment interventions given.
  • May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.
What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision required.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant temporary letter will be accepteduntil license is issued required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
