Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be part of a growing team. In this role, you’ll assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

1. Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
2. Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs, with assistance from a physical therapist.
3. Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
4. Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
5. Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff.
6. Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
