Job summary

Adoration Home Health and Hospice seeks a passionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Mebane, NC team. You will deliver patient-centered, 1:1 PT services under supervision and help patients regain function in a home setting.

Requirements include an unrestricted PTA license, current BLS/CPR, and at least one year of PTA experience. We offer full-time hours in a supportive, growth-minded environment with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Confer with the Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient’s plan of treatment and progress toward goals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assist in securing adaptive equipment to improve function.
• Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation in the format and timelines required by the Company, facility, funding source, local, state and federal regulations.

• A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
