Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in in-facility settings, implementing therapy programs and recovery plans to restore function. You will deliver hands-on treatments and document progress with compassion and professionalism.

As part of a collaborative rehab team, you’ll work under the Director of Rehab, coordinate with therapists and aides, and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in mobility, balance, and confidence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate care and monitor progress.
• Refer patients to other services when appropriate.
