The role includes supervising rehabilitation aides, coordinating schedules, and ensuring CPT-based billing accuracy. The position requires an Associate's degree, PTA licensure or PTA-TEMP eligibility, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• PTA licensure or PTA-TEMP eligibility required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support consumer marketing and public awareness through community events and lectures.
• Implement individualized treatment plans per evaluations and guidelines.
• Document patient care accurately and timely using CPT codes and insurance guidelines.
• Oversee rehabilitation aides and coordinate their activities.
• Maintain productivity standards and adjust hours to patient needs.
