BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in North Carolina. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with mentorship and a clear career path while helping patients regain mobility.

You’ll deliver evidence-based care under a licensed PT, with competitive pay between $28-$35 per hour, and access to benefits including medical insurance, 401k, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active North Carolina PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
