BenchMark, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic care in North Carolina. You’ll develop personalized care plans and work in a mentorship-focused environment with accessible education programs.

We offer competitive pay ($70,000–$85,000), a monthly bonus program, student loan repayment assistance, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) matching and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active NC Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
