Job summary

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy – Del Mar is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient orthopedics team. You will work with licensed PTs to implement treatment plans, guide exercises, and monitor progress in a collaborative clinic environment.

Base pay $30-$42 per hour with monthly incentives up to $2,500 and student loan repayment up to $25,000. PRN offers mentorship programs, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Assist PTs in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Communicate progress with PTs and document patient status.
• Set up equipment and assist during treatments and evaluations.
• Educate patients on home exercises and care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient recovery.
