Job summary

PRN Physical Therapy - Encinitas is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for outpatient orthopedics to join our team in the San Diego area. In this role you will implement therapeutic exercises, assist with treatments, document progress, and collaborate closely with physical therapists to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as a PTA.
• Clinical experience as PTA preferred with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by the PT.
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Guide patients in therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
