The PTA will collaborate with PTs to implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and monitor progress in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The role includes tools like EMR documentation, a strong mentorship program, and competitive compensation with incentives.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as PTA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team.
• Experience or ability to assist with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the PT.
• Communicate with PTs regularly about patient progress.
