Drayer Physical Therapy Institute seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (Float) for outpatient orthopedics across East York, West York, Manchester, Red Lion and Shrewsbury. Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT and help patients regain mobility and function.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with pay listed at $27.00–$34.00 per hour, plus benefits including employer-paid medical, dental and vision, 401k with match, PTO, and ongoing mentorship and CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
