Job summary

Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in Colorado. Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain movement and return to activities.

We offer competitive pay in the range of $28–$35 per hour, a monthly clinical bonus program, and 100% employer-paid medical insurance option, plus dental/vision, 401k with match,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active CO PTA license (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs
