Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates, PC, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics in Monument, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active COPTA license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
