Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient orthopedic clinics in the San Diego area, Bonita, CA. You will support PTs by implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises, and documenting progress.

Requirements include PTA licensure or eligibility and completion of an accredited PTA program. Competitive base pay $30–$42/hour plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for mentorship and career

Qualifications

• Must hold a PTA license or be eligible for licensure.
• Completion of an accredited PTA program.
• Experience with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Strong communication with patients and healthcare team.
• Experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist PT in implementing treatment plans.
• Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with PT and clinic team for patient care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
