Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in Nashville. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN options with a clear career path and competitive pay.

You will work with experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment across East, West, and South Nashville locations, with ongoing mentorship, paid training, and opportunities to advance your skills and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate PTA program completing soon or graduated and eligible for Tennessee PTA licensure.
• Active or pending Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility) required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA care under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and the local community.
• Pursue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or upcoming graduate)

Active / pending Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility)
