Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient ortho in East Nashville, TN. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options with a clear career path in a modern outpatient setting.

You’ll deliver hands-on care under a licensed PT, help patients regain mobility, and participate in mentorship, training, and a 12-week ramp for new grads. Competitive hourly pay and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (or upcoming graduate).
• Active / pending Tennessee PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
