Job summary

Excel Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient clinic in Duncan, OK. You will deliver evidence-based, hands-on care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and contribute to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain an efficient schedule with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
