Middleton Village Nursing and Rehab (Sterling Therapy Solutions) is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join the team in Middleton, WI. The OTA will support licensed therapists, deliver patient care, and educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.

Qualified candidates hold a Wisconsin COTA certification, demonstrate strong communication, and show initiative. Flexible hours (FT, PT, PRN) and a supportive environment are offered to help residents regain

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
