Job summary

Concierge Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support a licensed Physical Therapist in delivering evidence-based care. You will help patients recover from injury, improve mobility, reduce pain, and meet personal goals in a hands-on, compassionate, one-on-one setting.

In this role you will follow plans of care, progress exercises, provide manual therapy, educate patients, document accurately, and collaborate with therapists, clinic directors, and staff to

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current Massachusetts PTA license (or eligible for licensure).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient-centered care.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Manual therapy experience preferred.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Progress therapeutic exercise programs based on established plans of care.
• Provide manual therapy and other skilled interventions within the PTA scope of practice.
• Educate patients on exercises, recovery expectations, and healthy movement strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate clinical observations to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document treatments accurately and complete documentation within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Clinic Directors, Front Desk Ambassadors, and Aides to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
• Uphold all state practice acts, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient success and continuous improvement.
