Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an APTA/CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• Must have a valid state physical therapy license.
• Basic Life Support training from the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve patients through evidence-based treatments.
• Follow the plan of care created by the Physical Therapist of Record.
• Complete daily documentation that is complete and compliant.
