Our PTA position operates in a PT/PTA collaborative treatment model with weekly mentoring sessions and access to PRI and DNS concepts, promoting growth as a clinician and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Eligible for Ohio PTA license or holding one.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eager to learn new treatment approaches and participate in mentorship.
• Able to work in a collaborative PT/PTA model.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized plans of care with supervising PT.
• Participate in shared PT/PTA 30/30 treatment model.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, strengthening, mobility, and functional activities.
• Provide hands-on interventions within PTA scope.
• Apply concepts from PRI and DNS and weekly mentoring.
• Educate and motivate patients throughout rehabilitation.
• Document treatment accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the wider clinical team to achieve long-term outcomes.
