Drayer Physical Therapy Institute – part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network – is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for outpatient orthopedics in Ohio. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with mentoring, competitive pay, and a clear career path.

As a PTA you will deliver evidence-based care under a licensed PT, help patients improve mobility and function, track progress, and engage with a supportive clinical team. Ohio PTA license (or eligibility) is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Ohio PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
