Lincoln Post Acute in the United States is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. We offer full-time, part-time and per-diem opportunities, with pay range $45.00–$50.00 per hour DOE.

The PTA will provide treatments under supervision to help residents regain mobility and independence in our modern post-acute setting. We value compassionate care, professional growth, and a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach.

Competenze

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligible to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Passion for helping residents regain mobility in post-acute care

Mansioni

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents in achieving functional goals and improved quality of life
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and functional mobility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility policies
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional resident care
