Job summary
Evergreen Physical Therapy in Michigan seeks a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will deliver high-quality patient care, review referrals, and help patients recover across our five clinic locations.
The role requires a Michigan PTA license, CPR certification, and ability to implement balance and vestibular rehab protocols. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, and you will work in an autonomous environment with strong team support and ongoing professional
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Current Michigan PTA license and CPR certification.
- Willingness to learn balance and vestibular rehab protocols.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Proficient with EMR, database software, and MS Office.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment.
- Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
- Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
- Implement physical therapy treatment programs and essential treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians and insurers.
- Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and reports.
