Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Dodge City, KS. This full-time position offers a supportive rehab team, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to help patients regain independence.

New grads welcome. You will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, participate in treatment planning, and document patient progress using EMR systems in a modern facility committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current KS license or eligibility to obtain.
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff
• Promote patient independence and mobility
