Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Smith Center, KS. You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT to implement rehab plans and support patient mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current KS license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
